Mr. Kim is a master of Canadian occupational therapist, and later served as the co-founder of sensory integration, Dr. Els, to obtain sensory integration therapy training instructor qualifications. He then studied neurodevelopmental therapy (NDT therapy) and obtained qualifications for certified instructors. Kim is an international minority rehabilitation expert who has acquired the qualifications of the above two professional certification instructors at the same time. Mr. Kim’s teaching experience spans North America, Europe, and Asia, and other parts of the world. Ms. Chen is a Registered First Class Practitioner in Hong Kong, a Master of Medical Research, a Master of Buddhist Studies, a Certified Sensory Integrative Assessment Executive in the United States, a Physical and Mental Injury Healer in the United States, an Instructor in the International Baby Infants Massage Association, and an advisor and recognizer in DISC behavioral personality analysis. After graduating from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in the early years, Ms. Chen once worked at the Hong Kong Government Hospital, an early non-profit intervention unit, and taught children's occupational therapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1990. Since 1993, she has served as a child development consultant for Hong Kong.

Ellis has been focusing on research and development since the past and has dealt with iMUSE for children with special needs and elderly people in need of long-term care. Prof. Ellis once came to China in 2013 to speak on voice therapy related courses in Guangzhou and Xi’an.
